Hey peeps, hope everyone's having a great time SXSW'ing it up! I had this incessant motivation boost after Friday's festivities to really get to work, so that's what I've been doing all day.

A question...Are we ready for product/entrepreneurial-based projects that do not pay (at least until proven successful in the marketplace)?

Marcus has a great idea for an online app + website that we could certainly do with the help of Conjunctured. He's already mapped out a lot of it and I'm sure he'd be the one that leads the project.  With our ability to effectively "chunk" projects I would assume that we could take an otherwise large task like this and break it down among the team to knock it out painlessly.

The other option is to postpone product/entrepreneurially-based projects and just go after client-based projects that pay money directly.

What's everyone's thoughts? I say if we can effectively manage it, then why not... :)
