MARY,

Senator Elizabeth Warren has a lot of great ideas. But it's impossible for her to have all of them.

That's why today, our sister organization, the Progressive Change Institute, is launching The Big Ideas Project -- a site that allows you to submit and vote on big ideas that progressives could champion in 2015 and 2016.

These are some big ideas already submitted:

  • Automatic voter registration
  • Green New Deal
  • End secret grand juries for police prosecutions
  • National broadband
  • Discharge student loan debt
  • Single payer healthcare
  • Financial transaction tax on Wall Street
  • More progressive income tax
  • Expand Social Security
  • Rebuild our crumbling infrastructure
  • High-speed rail

Harry Reid, Elizabeth Warren, Al Franken, Alan Grayson, Barbara Lee, Raul Grijalva, and others in Congress want to know what you think. 30 members of Congress have committed to looking seriously at the 20 big ideas that rise to the top.

Click here to see big ideas submitted by others, vote, and submit your own!

Let yourself think outside the box. If others like your idea, members of Congress will see it!

Voting lasts through December. Together, we can impact the issues that get debated in 2015 -- and 2016.

Thanks for being a bold progressive.
