The September 30, 2010 Performance Management Workshop co-hosted by
CNY SHRM and CNY ASTD was a huge success! Over 70 people responded to
the invitation and 70 engaged learners spent the morning with Louise
Hand and Kerry Carney learning about performance management. We heard
examples, watched role plays and engaged in group activities. Each
table had a chance to work on a coaching role play, developing goals
and discussing performance appraisals. Feedback has been
overwhelmingly positive. Many thanks to all of the members of SHRM
who put so much into this wonderful program.
