Thank you for sending this, Amy!

I was interested to see that this sort of project was posted on the ASTD
website. I'll be checking it from now on.

Also, if anyone is interested in this (or any other) proposal and would
like to include an online performance management system, please let me
know! We are currently partnering with a performance consultant, who is
using our tools for online 360 degree assessments. I'd love to talk
about possibilities.
