Save the Date!

“Performance Management: Make your Employees Part of the Solution”

This half-day workshop will cover the topics of overall performance
management that are important to both HR and Supervisors and Managers
interested in strengthening feedback and increasing performance.

Topics of discussion will include effective strategies to engage and
empower employees, performance goal setting and metrics, and coaching
for performance. Within each of these areas there will be an engaging
short lecture. Certain segments of the morning will involve small
group breakouts to practice the principals that are discussed in the
lecture.

Participants will walk away with a greater appreciation for the value
of feedback--both formal and ongoing. They will also be provided with
tools and practice to sharpen their feedback and coaching skills.

The Workshop will be held on September 30, 2010. Fees for ASTD and
SHRM members will be $65.00, for non-members $75.00. Registration and
Breakfast Buffet will begin at 7:30am. The workshop will begin
promptly at 8:00 AM and wrap up at 12 noon. Each registrant will
receive the Harvard Business Review Series book, Performance
Management.
