Closing out 2011 - thoughts about Measurement and Evaluation

Dear MESIG Members:

As 2011 comes to an end, I am pleased to look back at our progress!
We have come a long way in understanding some of the basics of
Kirkpatrick and how to apply learning measurement in the real world.

Personally, I have also made great strides in measurement. In 2010, I
focused my measurement on L1-L2. In 2011, I was able to complete two
measurement projects to L3! For 2012, I hope to complete at least 2
L4 measurement projects. It has been wonderful to share theory,
ideas, conversation and a few laughs with all of you.

We hope that all of you can participate in our CNY ASTD SIG Kickoff
early in 2012 (date TBD). Following this event, we plan to meet 4
times in 2012. Please mark your calendars with our 2012 meeting
dates.

Please share suggestions about your measurement needs and we will work
to address these in our 2012 meetings.
