Using a case study, you will apply what you learn about ROI. At the end of the workshop you should: Perceive the ROI Methodology as relevent and useful to your current job Be able to identify the key steps and elements in the ROI Methodology Be able to identify the appropriate level of evaluation to which projects should be evaluated
