Dear Members-
In the past, a number of members have expressed great interest in learning about calculating Return on Investment and how to acquire “buy-in” by using this type of metric. We would like to bring Kirk Smith in for a Performance Management Return on Investment Program. Kirk’s program could segue into a certification program in the Fall if members want more.

Kirk Smith is an experienced performance consultant and measurement strategist. In addition to his work with organizations, he also teaches business courses for 3 universities. His primary practitioner focus is on measuring and evaluating the effectiveness of performance improvement interventions, human capital analytics, transferring critical thinking skills to client organizations, and facilitating issue resolution through systemic solutions.
We are anxious to quickly assess how many CNY ASTD members would attend this meeting if we commit to put it on. We feel it would be a great opportunity for you but we do need to weigh costs, as well. The program would be on April 13th from 8-12 and cost approximately $65.00. Location--TBD. Please let us know if you will attend.
