Upcoming Community Volunteer Days Happy Spring! Our first Community Volunteer Days of the season are coming up soon! Community Volunteer Day: Tending to Dynamic Accumulator Plants (May 11 at 2pm) 🌿 Join us on Saturday, May 11 at 2pm to wake the beds up for spring while learning about our research study on dynamic accumulator plants.  RSVP here! Community Volunteer Day: Herb Propagation (June 15 at 10am) 🌿 On Saturday, June 15 at 10am, come help us propagate herbs and learn how to root softwood cuttings. Volunteer with us Throughout the growing season from May-October, we welcome volunteers to assist with production and harvesting for our food access and herbal aid work. We welcome one-time volunteers as well as returning volunteers who commit to a recurring volunteer schedule. Tasks include seeding; transplanting; plant propagation; harvesting; garlic cleaning; and more. Participants in our volunteer program can count their hours towards course credit requirements, community service requirements, and volunteer paid time off programs for corporate employees.
