| position summary: |
Ride Connection is growing, this is a new position, and we are looking for
a full-time Quality Assurance Director. The Quality Assurance Director (QAD)
is responsible for establishing an agency wide quality assurance and safety
and security system with a team that promotes customer satisfaction and
safety and that also positively impacts the financial performance of Ride

The Development Director will be responsible for all fundraising and
marketing initiatives at The Pixie Project. Working with other staff, board
of directors and volunteers, this person will be responsible for duties
including:
• Develop giving initiatives including appeals, solicitations and
events.
• Cultivate and solicit individual and corporate donors.
• Develop development strategies.
• Prepare grant requests for corporate and family foundations.
• Work with the Board in all development matters.
• Maintain database of donors.
• Prepare and update development budget.
• Manage yearly Auction and Bowling Fundraiser
• Manage and attend fundraising and community events.
