position summary:

• Performing the following will involve travel, including driving, to various locations

Ride Connection is growing, this is a new position, and we are looking for a full-time Quality Assurance Director. The Quality Assurance Director (QAD) is responsible for establishing an agency wide quality assurance and safety and security system with a team that promotes customer satisfaction and safety and that also positively impacts the financial performance of Ride Connection. The Development Director will be responsible for all fundraising and marketing initiatives at The Pixie Project. Working with other staff, board of directors and volunteers, this person will be responsible for duties including:
• Develop giving initiatives including appeals, solicitations and events.
