Fundraising Team Update and Celebration Party!

Dear Veggie Van Committee,

Great news… we have a date set for our Fundraiser Celebration.  It’s Wednesday, December 14^th from 6-9PM at Crunkleton on Franklin St. in Chapel Hill.  This will give you one final chance to get money for Collards.  We can accept cash or check for any pledges which were made offline.  We will keep a running tally, but donations will be closed at 8:30PM and winners will be announced at 9 pm.   A portion of drink sales will be donated to CNP so please spread the word!  All are welcome - there will be free food for all volunteers and donors and anyone who raised at least $25 gets a free drink.

Hot Peppers (Team Captain Cordon): 5 Fundraisers, $1098 donated (average $220 per person)

Collards (Team Captain Lindsey): 6 Fundraisers, $403 donated (average $67 per person)

Sweet Potatoes (Team Captain Sarah): 7 Fundraisers, $260 donated (average $37 per person)

Don’t forget - the winning team must raise at least $1,000 and average at least $200/per person.
