Online Plant Sale through Tuesday + Seed & Cutting Exchange on Saturday

Dear Friends, 

We have an online plant sale going on right now through Tuesday night (7/14) with scheduled pickup at our Seed and Cutting Exchange on Saturday. Hidden Villa is closed for summer camp, so we will not have a pickup option at the nursery for this sale. 

The sale includes several  new-to-our nursery plants, including:

• Boykinia occidentalis, Brook Foam - This plant is perfect for a damp, shaded area or container. It thrives in pots and locations near streams, ponds, or birdbaths —anywhere it can enjoy consistent moisture. In return, it will grace you with stunning sprays of pristine white flowers.
• Festuca idahoensis, Idaho Fescue - This bunchgrass showcases slender blue-green leaves that grow to heights of 8 to 12 inches with graceful seed heads on stems that extend up to 3 feet. It makes a beautiful addition to lightly shaded areas, and its deep root system allows it to tolerate dry conditions, making it an excellent choice beneath oak trees.

Even if you don't buy plants, please stop by our Seed & Cutting Exchange at the Peninsula Conservation Center on Saturday (7/18) between 1pm and 3pm. There will be plenty of free seeds and cuttings - a great way to inexpensively expand your garden. This is an ideal time to start cuttings for fall planting.
