Hello everybody,

I am working with Bruno (the one who did the spanish translation), we are trying to deploy a cnprog based project and we are having some troubles.

When trying to login with my openid from my google account, sometimes I am asked to enter my name and email address again.
Any help in how to debug this issue is welcomed :)

Thanks for this great project!

do you change site domain? I think openid depends on the domain name,
maybe even IP addess and port number - not sure about that though.
other than in this situation I have not seen such problem.

This isn't a bug, I think. Its caused by the way openid works. OpenID
is a standard, but lots of it is optional. The bare minimum doesn't
include supplying an email address, or username. So somebody like
google choses at this point in time to only impment the bare minium.
So what's happing is CNProg will associated an openid identity with a
username and email addresse that gets stored inside the sites DB.

Another thing to think about is, while you might want to use your
google userame and email, others might not. Some people might choose
to use there google account as a form of authentication, but then
enter a compltelery different email, and username to deal with your
site.

hmm... could it be related to not entering @gmail.com in the end for
user id?

because I was used to entering my user ID only for google account, I
forgot to enter @gmail.com part
I had errors after trying to set up user id + passwords.

Maybe it's just me... :|
