School INVI LETTER & New School Tentatif

I edited the school tentative by Vijay , so, Haziq, i'll do the 1st half ( no 1 - 13 ) from 9am to 12pm......  Yrs is ( no 14- 26 ) from 10am to 1pm .... I attached the sample letter here. Pls take note a few things :

1. references of the letter , example :

Reference : CONVO-12/CNP/inv/dept/001   => if yrs start from ( no 14 - 26 ) remember to edit the 001 become 014 & so on..

2. The address to the Person In Charge

For this a bit troublesome cause u need to look up the website of the school & find their respective person in charge, but most common is guru penolong kanan hal ehwal murid or pengetua, but for MRSM is timbalan pengetua hal ehwal pelajar, kindly take note whether is MADAM / SIR 

3. The slogan is NURTURING TOUCH OF INTELLECT

4. Pls check the spelling of the school name
