WEEK 2

Haziq  :

        I.            JPN ( this Wed ) 

      II.            School email + invi letter school edited ( this Thurs , if possible, we’ll send out on Fri)

·         U no need do the IPTA & MRSM or SBP , I’ll settle with wen xin =)

·         U do the part for sekolah menengah, I’ll do the sekolah rendah part ok ? =)

    III.            UTP edited invi letter -include tentative & officiator ( this Sat  )

    IV.            Officiator speech ( this Sun )

Vijay :

        I.            Gimmick - IMPORTANT

      II.            Tentative update

    III.            Planning of the facilitator & usher

    IV.            MC speech for the day 2 - forum  ( I’ll attach the sample, u just edit )

Nadhirah :

        I.            Endorsement - IMPORTANT

      II.            Gimmick

Jing Wen :

        I.   Officiator reply ( Fri )
      II.            Tentative of visit anak yatim ( Mon )
    III.            Invi letter of rumah anak yatim ( Mon )
    IV.            Reply of visit anak yatim ( Tues / Wed )
      V.            School email + invi letter school edited ( this Thurs , if possible, we’ll send out on Fri)
    VI.            UTP edited invi letter -include tentative & officiator ( this Sat  )

Some blurry issue with other department :

 

1.       LOG ( Jing wen contact )

·         Transportation for the anak yatim

·         Accommodation of officiator

·         Tent for anak yatim

 

2.       SFNB ( Jing wen contact )

·         Refreshment for anak yatim

 

 

3.       SNE ( Nadhirah contact their HOD asap to confirm with these issue pls ~ thanks )

·         Vip for the forum-  who & how many VIP & need to invite Tuan Haji through cnp unit or they invite themselves ( LAST YEAR FORUM, THE VIPS ARE TUAN HAJI, MPP PRESIDENT + 3 SPEAKERS )

·         The majlis anugerah – spring clean thing >>> NEED TO HELD A NOT ?

·         They need MC from CNP for their pre event ( forget what are the events ) –

Recommandation : either Haziq or Vijay ~~ XD

 

 

4.       G&E + SNE ( Vijay contact the G&E HOD 1^st & we decide later whether need the  help from SNE a not , pls update their reply asap here  )

·         number of members from these 2 department to become facilitators for anak yatim visit

·         arrangement of  1 hour activities at ovalpark for the orphans

Answer from SNE 

1) For forum, we have to invite Tn Hj Mohd Noor Rosli, Pres MPP & PM as VIP.

     The speakers are Dr Fazley & Hilal Ashraf. But the 2nd speaker is still not sure.

2) For Spring Clean, just do a simple ceremony. If do want to do, nvm. They are ok with anything..

3) For pre event, they got 1 pre event only right now which is SRD on 6th Oct. If they want our help, later they will inform.
