Currently, this is the full tentative for Convofair. If got any changes, ill update ASAP.

When are we going to have our next meeting? Tuesday? 8.30pm?

update from fawwaz ... abg fawwaz sudah pergi settle kan JPN by the way abg fawwaz tak bg senarai sekolah because dekat surat tu dah nyatakan bahawa kita jemput sekolah sekitar Perak, ini sangat bahaya because kte tak tau bilangan sekolah yang akan hadir dan bilangan pelajar. anyway saya akan follow up dengan abg fawwaz.

next, we should have decided the officiator so that me and jingwen can edit the guest UTP letter kan ?

emm anything that i missed ? by the way to jingwen can you please post the timeline that we have done last meeting ? ^^ hehe

haziq,xde pape yg bahaya sbb kite cuma nk endorsement dari JPN utk invite skol2 ni.means bukan JPN yg invite,convo yg akn invite.

kite cuma perlukan surat yg akn kite attachkn skali dgn invitation letter ke skol2 menyatakan invitation tu ade sokongan dari JPN.

so bile ade surat JPN tu,nak xnak skol tu kena hntar student dia.bole je kalu kite xnk go through JPN,p nnti skol bole buat pilihan

samada dyorg nk g o x ke cnvofair nnt.ini yg bahaya tkot2 kite target 20skol,yg dtg 5skol je.bile ade surat attachment dari JPN,

kite bole target bape skol yg akn dtg sbb nk xnk skol tu kena dtg sbb ade endorsement dari JPN itu sndiri.jelaskn psal ape kite
