The $400 rate for the Live Course expired on June 13; however, we are able to offer a $565 rate (a 40% discount on the regular registration rate) until August 1.

2014 Live Course

2014 Home Study Course
· Discounted rate: $350 (Regular rate: $750)
· Registration deadline: October 31, 2015
· Registration includes: All online course materials, with access until October 31, 2015 (see website for more information)
To receive the discounted rates, please follow these steps:
1. Go to the appropriate registration page and review registration details:

3. Enter your log-in information if you have registered for a course with our system before; or create a new account.
4. Select this registration type: Resident or Fellow
5. Enter this CME Code: PBR14 (please note that this is case sensitive)
6. Enter any additional information requested.
7. Click “Continue”
8. Confirm that the amount that appears at the top of the screen is $565 for the Live Course or $350 for the Home Study Course.
· If this information is incorrect, DO NOT enter your payment information and return to the previous page. This means that either #4 or #5 was entered incorrectly.
Important Notes:
· We will confirm that all registrants who use the discount code are on our approved list of trainees. We reserve the right to cancel registration for any unauthorized registrants who use the code.
