Continuous O2 Monitoring

Good afternoon! I cover 2 medical units that take COVID patients. They just received new technology that will allow for continuous pulse oximetry monitoring from the nurse's station. Does anyone have something similar in place now? And if so do you have guidelines made for this that you would be willing to share? 

i.e. what patients are or are not appropriate for this
