Patient Satisfaction

My hospital uses HCAHPS to measure patient satisfaction scores. However, this data is so lagging that we feel it is not a very good measure. Does your facility have a different tool to measure patient satisfaction?

I totally agree! 

I had Press Ganey Reports sent to me in a more real time manner which helped. We also had a Press Ganey rep come to our unit to talk about our concerns. My struggle has been our low n number and how to make change and see a difference when it is so low.
