Hello everyone~
I am curious if students who graduate with their CNL certificate go on to become floor nurses or specifically a CNL position? If floor RNs, do any of you find an increase in pay having both a MSN and CNL?
Thanks in advance!!
Kim

Hi Kim, I have my certifications and am still in my staff nurse role. My difference for having a masters is only scout 13 cents an hour which equals something like $250 a year.
