PPE During Hands On Orientation Training Class

Hello,

I am wondering what kind of PPE staff are wearing completing hands-on training with other staff for orientation. Example- Training on lift equipment and using lifts with one another.  Should we wear medical grade masks, face shield? face mask only?  Opt for demonstration when 6 ft away from one another?

I am a hospital educator training clinical staff and I am looking for insight on new hire training.
