Have any CNLs created a clinical dashboard within their EMR? If so, what system do you use?
Which metrics do you monitor?

We are using Epic Foundation’s Unit-Based Metric Dashboard, but are curious to know if there are any customized CNL builds out there...

Winnipeg, the dashboards are usually built in a spreadsheet. My experience is that staff and leadership are more visual; thus, they like to look at bar graphs and trend lines of quality indicators.

Basic indicators include CAUTIs, CLABSIs, HAPIs, and Falls.

We are currently in the process of revamping our dashboards. Does anyone have any examples of theirs that they would be willing to share? I would like to gain some inspiration. Thanks!
