passing CNL exam

Hi 

I have a former student who is having problems passing the CNL certification exam and has taken it 3 times.  She has done the modules, and everything that is offered on the AACN site.  She was also a wonderful student and I'm having issues believing that she is having problems passing the exam.  

Does anyone have any resources that you have found useful in passing the exam?

I found the White Paper very useful in reiterating the basis of the CNL role. I would also invest in the practice exams if they are still made available.
