CNI Plugins v0.8.1 released

Hi there,

v0.8.1 of the CNI plugin suite has been released. This fixes a few major bugs in v0.8.0:

• bridge: fix ipMasq setup to use correct source address (#325).
• fix compilation error on 386 (#324).
• bandwidth: get bandwidth interface in host ns through container interface (#321).
