CNI v1.0.0 is nigh

Hello, CNI community,

The CNI maintainers are excited to announce that specification v1.0.0 is almost ready. Aside from a few minor changes, the protocol doesn't look any different from the current version (v0.4.0). The specification document has been rewritten, however.

If there are any changes you think we should incorporate, feel free to comment on the "minor cleanups" issue or file a separate issue on the milestone.
