cni v0.7.0 assets have been removed from GitHub; also Slack invite link is broken

hello cni folks,

I was previously able to download the v0.7.0 assets from GitHub, such as:

https://github.com/containernetworking/cni/releases/download/v0.7.0/cni-amd64-v0.7.0.tgz

However that is now 404ing, and only the 2 "source code" assets are available for v0.7.0 here:

https://github.com/containernetworking/cni/releases/tag/v0.7.0

Notably v0.7.1 also only has source code assets.

I wanted to report this issue in slack, but it seems the slack workspace can only be joined by invite and the invite server is down:

I wonder if you were perhaps using https://github.com/containernetworking/plugins/releases/download/v0.7.0/cni-plugins-amd64-v0.7.0.tgz before?

We moved the plugins out to a separate repo two years ago.
