KNOW YOURSELF YOGOTSAV (June 4-7, 2014)

For the first time a Know Yourself Yogotsav is being held in Kathmandu from June 4th to 7th. I had the opportunity to have a discussion with some of the organizers and was touched by their thoughts and methods, and feel it will be of great value on an individual as well as social level. I would encourage you to consider being a part of the program and journeying forward to find out what pure yoga really is and how it can add value to our lives on a day to day basis.
The attendance at the Yogotsav is free but in order to cover the expenses of the event a tabloid is being printed and banners can also be placed at the venue.
