Greetings from CNI!

This is for your information that Ministry of Industry, Government of Nepal is considering to accept the investment made by foreign national/ institution, which has been invested in Nepal without prior approval.

In this regard, Ministry has to know the complete information and has requested to all the industries to send the data, if any industry has such investment?

Format to send the data is attached herewith, similarly we are attaching the public notice published by the Department of Industry in this regard.

CNI would like to request it’s all the members to send the data in the attached format, if your industry has any such foreign investment without prior approval from any Government agencies.

You can send the data directly to the department of Industry (copied here) or to CNI secretariat.
