This is for your kind information that “Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies” is planning to amend “foreign Investment Act”.

The new draft of the “foreign Investment Act 2075” is attached for your necessary information and comments or suggestions.

We, therefore, would like to request you to give your suggestions to CNI, by 25^th of Mansir, 2075 (11^th December, 2018), so that we could take-up this issue with the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies.
