Suggestions on Acts and Bylaws

Respected All,

You are aware that CNI has put demand with the Government and high ranking leaders of main political parties at its 14th AGM  to reform, revise  and even abolished those Acts and Laws which are not investment friendly and creating problem to develop sound business practices.

In this context CNI Secretariat has indicated some of the Acts and Bylaws  with relevant suggestions. The draft of suggestion in those acts is enclosed.

After receiving yours' comments and suggestions secretariat will prepared a formal document to handover to the Government and political parties. CNI would like to request you to send your comments and advice by 30th August.

Since this issue needs to be taken with the Government and all Political Parties promptly – it is highly essential that we start sending the details soon.

Do incorporate the suggestions we have received so far, from our members.

 

Also take additional suggestions from Sharada ji and Satish ji in the field of Environmental Regulations specially the IEE and EIA.
