As we all know, Parliament has recently approved much awaited Labor Act and Social Security Fund Act. Though private sector organizations including CNI as well as labor Unions have accepted both the Acts, we need details discussion and interaction among the employers to understand actual impact and procedure to follow by the management.

 

It is in this context, CNI Employers Council is organizing an interaction program on these Acts with the CNI OB, GC, NC and member representatives. Labor expert and Senior Advocate Prof. Pawan Ojha will be delivering his expertise on provisions in both Acts.

 

Date: 18^th September, 2017 (2^nd Ashoj, 2074)

Time: 4:00 pm onward (followed by Reception Dinner)

Venue: Hotel Malla, Lainchaur
