Support in Customs Integrity Perception Survey being done by Department of Customs

You must be aware that Department of Customs is one of the department who is rapidly changing and moving towards complete automation.
With the technical support of World Customs Organization (WCO), many reforms is being carried out within customs services.
In this regards, Department is carrying out ‘Customs Integrity Perception Survey’ (भन्सार सदाचार अनुभुति सर्वेक्षण). This is a baseline survey which will reflect the areas, where reforms needs to be carried out and will provide a direction for further reform.
We suppose, this is one of the best initiation taken by the department to improve themselves and a great opportunity for us to suggest them so that to get smooth service in the customs.
This survey will be based on broad 10 headings, where reforms are being carried out.
This will be a physical type of survey, respondent has to visit the survey station and submit the response in a confidential room. All the necessary logistics will be managed by Department. The copy of “Customs Integrity Perception Survey” both in Nepali and English is attached for your kind information.
No records of the respondent will be made (no one will identify the respondent)
Survey will be done in the following Places, date and Time:
- Birgunj Customs Office (17th Feb to 21st Feb, 2020) (Office Time)
- Department of Customs, Tripureshwor (27th Jan to 7th Feb, 2020) (Office time)
- TI Airport Customs Office (10th Feb to 14th Feb, 2020) (Office time)
