Invitation to the 2024 Belt and Road Trade and Investment Forum

Greetings from CNI!

 

This is to inform you that  China Chamber of International Commerce (CCOIC) is organizing 2024 Belt and Road Trade and Investment Forum (hereafter the Forum) to be held on September 20th in Beijing, under the framework of Silk Road Business Council.

 

As an important follow-up to the Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation (BRF), the Forum has been successfully held for two times in 2018 and 2021 respectively, which witnessed the joint efforts by business communities to refine the blueprint for international cooperation and echoed the principle of extensive consultation, joint contribution, and shared benefits on which the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) stands.

 

This year, with the theme of “High-Quality Development for a Shared Sustainable Future”, the Forum aims to encourage economic integration, interconnected development, and shared achievement, so as to bring fresh impetus to promoting high-quality business cooperation under the framework of BRI. The Forum will consist of Opening Ceremony, Signing Ceremony, Promotion of The Second China International Supply Chain Expo, Panel Discussions, and Matchmaking Meetings. About 400 guests, including senior government officials, business leaders, representatives of international organizations and institutions, and business associations, as well as diplomats and experts along Belt and Road countries, will participate, where they will share their views and insights on topics such as supply chain, technological innovation, connectivity, sustainable development, etc..
