Further to the above captioned subject line, I would like to request all members of Confederation of Nepalese Industries (CNI) and their affiliates to go through the attached Notice (Which is also published in today’s National Daily ‘Arthik Abhiyan’) and send request for application form to the CNI Secretariat to the given addresses.
Please note that the date line for the request of application is September 13, 2013.
As per the rule of AOTS application received after the date line will not be entertained.

The following is the brief detail of Corporate management training in Japan for your kind information and perusal.
The Overseas Human Resources and Industry Development Association (HIDA) Japan is an organization for human resources development in developing countries to promote technical cooperation through training, experts dispatch and other programs. Through those programs, HIDA aims at contributing to the mutual economic growth of developing countries and Japan as well as enhancing friendly relations between those countries.
HIDA was established in 1959 with the support of the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (which is the present Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry: METI) as the first technical cooperation organization on a private basis in Japan, and the total number of participants having received training in Japan has reached
more than 166,000, representing 170 countries from around the world, while the total number of participants in HIDA training activities in overseas countries exceeded 190,000-mark in fiscal 2011.
At the request of the former participants of HIDA training programs as well as the industrial and business circles in developing countries, HIDA has been organizing various training programs. The Program on Corporate Management for Nepal (NPCM) is one of such management training programs, which is being organized in collaboration with Nepal AOTS Alumni Society (NAAS), Confederation of Nepalese Industries (CNI), mainly designed for CEOs and senior executives of SMEs in order to improve the managerial capabilities of corporate executives in Nepal.
The program will be implemented on cost-sharing basis. A participant will have to bear approximately Rs.150,000.00, which is less than 20% of the total cost, and the rest will be borne by HIDA. (Participants should be, in principle, CEOs, senior executives who are responsible for overall management of their companies)
The applicants for the above programs should be Nepalese citizens of 30-55 years of age with a university graduate and having more than 3 years of working experience in the related field.
Interested qualified members of Confederation of Nepalese Industries (CNI) are requested to contact for application forms and other details.
The last date for application submission is 13 September 2013, Friday)
