Greetings from CNI!

With reference to the decision of the Government of Nepal, Council of Ministers dated 2082/07/17 regarding necessary administrative simplification, all Taxpayer Service Offices under this Department are to be dissolved.

The services previously delivered by these offices have already been transferred and are being effectively provided through the concerned Treasury Controller Offices in respective Local Levels. Considering taxpayer convenience, the concerned Taxpayer Service Offices will be dissolved only after ensuring smooth and effective service delivery from the transferred offices.

In this regard, for the information and facilitation of the service transfer process, this Department has requested CNI to circulated attached letter to its members for your information and ready reference.
