Greetings from CNI!

Pleased to inform you that ICIMOD is organizing a Stakeholder Consultation Workshop on “Transition of Industrial Boilers in Nepal: Towards Energy-Efficient, Clean Fuel, and Electric Boiler Technologies” on 24 June 2026 at ICIMOD Headquarters, Khumaltar.

The workshop is being organized as part of ICIMOD's support to the Government of Nepal in the development of the National Air Quality Management Action Plan (NAQMAP) and aims to bring together government agencies, industries, technology providers, financial institutions, and development partners to discuss practical pathways for cleaner and more energy-efficient industrial boiler technologies in Nepal.

We believe the workshop will be highly beneficial for industries regarding emerging clean boiler technologies, industrial electrification opportunities, energy efficiency improvements, financing mechanisms, and future policy directions.
