Invitation and request to participate on the interactive workshop on ''Prosperity Road Map of Province no. 2'' on Tuesday, 05 March 2019 at Janakpur

Greetings from your President !

Please also refer the mail sent to you from CNI secretariat on 21 Feb. I further draw your attention to this important program which CNI is organizing as an interactive workshop on ''Prosperity Road Map of Province no. 2'' on Tuesday, 05 March 2019 (i.e. 21 Falgun 2075) from 10:00am to 1:30pm at Janakpur Dham, Janakpur. This event is jointly organized by Confederation of Nepalese Industries (CNI) and Government of Pradesh No -2.

I am writing to extend our kind invitation to you all - to participate on this program - as far as possible.

 

This Workshop is being participated by Dy PM Hon'ble Mr. Upendra Yadav along with the Chief Minister & other ministers of Province-2. The Province Level members of legislatures, political leaders, industrial executives and senior government officials will participate and present their valuable opinion/s during the program.

We also believe that this program will create a platform to discuss the Prosperity Agenda and explore areas of investment opportunities in province no 2.

 

In this context, CNI is working to finalize a program as soon as possible.

I hence would like to request you to confirm your participation in this workshop.

CNI Secretariat will facilitate the booking of the hotel and transportation.

CNI is working to facilitate the smooth 'to and fro' travelling to Janakpur.

This will be on cost sharing basis, which please note.

 

Hence request you to please confirm your availability to CNI Secretariat - to join CNI Team at Janakpur - by 26th of Feb 2019.

 

The tentative travel plan is listed below:

Departure from KTM : March 04 from CNI Secretariat 1.00 PM Sharp

Arrive at Janakpur: 6.30 PM, Check-in and Dinner at Hotel

Departure from Janakpur : March 05 from Hotel 3.00 PM after the program is over and after the Luncheon at the Hotel

Note - Due to unpredictable weather issue we are trying to travel by Road - as the flights are either cancelled or mostly late.

But you can decide if you would like to travel by Air..

 

Looking forward to read your confirmation by 26th of Feb 2019 - so that CNI Secretariat would be able to manage the required logistics.
