This is to inform you that, as per the letter received from the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies (Ref. No. 669, dated 2082/12/27), the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China (GACC) has issued revised Administrative Provisions (GACC Decree No. 280), effective from 1 June 2026, concerning the registration of overseas manufacturers exporting food to China.

Relevant documents, including GACC Announcement No. 27 of 2026 and details regarding company registration, renewal, and recommendation procedures, are attached herewith.
