This is for your kind information that after the implementation of New Labor Act 2074, Ministry of Labor and Employment has prepared a draft of Shram Niyamawali (Labor Regulation)

and has forwarded to CNI for our comments and suggestions.

In this context CNI Secretariat in consultation with the related experts has prepared draft comments and suggestions in "Tin-mahale" which is attached for your suggestions and comments. CNI will be highly obliged if you kindly replied us with your suggestions by 26th 0f December 2017, so that we could reply the Ministry with final comments accordingly.
