Tentative for DJ corner

Hi my dear members, attached here is the tentaive of the DJ corner and the duty slots for the DJs. However, it needs to depends on the situation. As I am not available on Thursday till 1pm, and that day is the first day of Convo Fair, so I can foresee that the what I plan may not be able to carry ( this is because maybe the PA system is not totally fixed or some other things). As such, I hope that the one who will be helping me to take care DJ corner booth can just be there and help me to get everything ready (maybe the PA system, the power extension ). Just get them ready, then when I finish my lab, I can really start all the programme. 

 

In simple words, the one who is helping me to take care the morning slot just need to help me to get everything is settled, like ensure that the PA system is working, there is power extension for me to use my laptop later, tables and chairs are enough ( I requested 5 tables and 5 chairs) from LogTech and etc. Meanwhile, I will ask my DJs on duty to just go there and play some songs. Song dedication will start once I get to DJ corner.

 

So, anything clear? If not feel free to ask me. Or if any of you who face any emergency problem on that day, PLEASE PLEASE directly contact me. Although I am having lab but I still can answer your call. So, anything happen please call me first ok? I am responsible for DJ corner so any problem I should be the first one to be contacted. Hehe..

 

Now, who is willing to help me to take care DJ corner on thursday 8am-1pm? Reply to this thread ya.. Thanks
