My name is Mayank Sharma, and I am a graduate student at the University of Michigan School of Information. I'm reaching out on behalf of my project group here for our Usability Evaluation course. Your survey is geared towards the hobbiest, for a manufacturing environment where "cheap" machines start at $250,000 nobody is going to purchase that online.
