You are wrong. Chain letters work on the Pyramid scheme and are perfectly
legal and omewhat fun I suppose if you are 6 years old. Including a dollar
bill in a chain letter with the instructions that everyone else should is
completely illegal and if you had truely checked with the US postal service
you would know this fact. There is a federal law prohibiting this type of
postal exchange.
