Can China conquer the US in 20 years?

Don't be ignorant. China cannot and will not take over US. The world is
so opened up and exposed, no country can take over another country by
force. The world community is changed from what was before WWII.

Instead, US will have to consider China before any action is taken.
Obviously US and the West would not give a damn to China 20 years ago.
Things changed. Of course China cannot neglect US either.

Wishful thinking is all that is, and that's if the US stood still for
twenty years. One thing you are missing is that China is importing all of
its higher tech ars. It can no supply, or re-supply itself. That is where
China differes from the Soviets. Until China has a capable high tech
military industrial complex, China will not be able to support such an
army. BTW, neither the Chinese, nor the Ameridcans have the money, or a
willing to spend that kind of money on the military. My prediction is that
in less than 10 years, the CCP will no longer be the government of China,
and with that, the two nations will be on better terms, and China may not
perecive America as a threat. Perhaps America will end up helping to
develop China in the end.
