I write a dll by VC1.52
in which I implement some socket (V1.1) funcions
WSAStartup successful
but when I create a socket by socket API
It returns 10055,means" No buffer space is available. The socket cannot be
created"
I don't know how to set buffer space so how to resolve this problem!
