The problem is we do NOT have SMTP in our ISP,
such as library or AOL or many other accounts.
That is why we use USA.NET. But now they shut it down.
Also USA.NET has been down very often. Incoming mail bounded.
Very very unreliable. Looks like them fools do not know how
to offer good valuable service from Colorodo.
