RTW outage?

Hi everyone,

I have been following NELL sporadically over the past few years since I have some background in Natural Language Processing. However, I noticed today that the RTW website appears to be down (connection refused). It looks like a momentary outage, but I wanted to double-check who I can poke about it. I was planning to briefly explain and demo some modern NLP advances in a meeting tomorrow and it would be nice to have the actual system around to show it off.
