NELL ask me API doesn't work.

I am a Ms student, now I am using NELL to get KB concepts for name entity recognition.

Hi LU,

Thanks for letting us know.  It turns out that the service was depending
on a file stored on a server that is currently down for maintenance.  I
reconfigured it and it should be working again now.  If not, please send
me an example query and I'll have a closer look.
