What is the login for? Do I need to login for my clicks of thumb up/
down to be counted? If so, how do you register?

Hi Ed,

So far, the login is only used by those of us working on NELL to restrict
access to some experimental features and internal controls. Thumbs up and
down always get recorded whether or not someone is logged in. (And thanks
for clicking them by the way -- it does make a difference to have that
additional source of input.)
