Room available for rent in a 2BHK apartment in Oakland. Highlight: 5 min walk from CMU main campus (3 mins jogging ;)). Fully furnished. And by full we mean it includes non essentials like sofa, tv, coffee maker, toaster, 3 refrigerators, extra cupboards, you name it! The rent comes up to $1055 in total which will be split among 3 ppl. Heat, water, maintenance included. Only pay extra for electricity and internet. Since it is so close to the CMU campus, the entire neighborhood is safe at any given hour. 5 min walk from Craig st. (which has 10+ restaurants (2 Indian restaurants). 10 min walk from Bombay Mart (for all your indian grocery and supplies) and CVS Pharmacy for medicine, snacks, stationary, etc. 

Currently the very spacious hall of our apartment is available as the two bedrooms are occupied. The hall is furnished with a comfortable bed, wardrobe for storing clothes and books, two desks.
