Living Room in 2 BHK in Shadyside available for a male tenant from May to July end. Rent is 400$ all inclusive (negotiable). The other 2 bedrooms will be occupied by guys too during summer. The living room is carpeted, has a ceiling fan and closet, and is furnished with a study desk, chair, bookcase, and chest of drawers. 

The apartment is located at Fifth and Bellefonte which is 2 min bus ride from CMU, 10 min bus ride to the closest Giant Eagle and 15-20 min bus ride to all shopping areas and downtown. Please let me know if any one is interested.
